In busy or stressful moments, picking up my yarn and hook gave me a reason to slow down, focus on something simple, and enjoy the present moment. There was something incredibly calming about watching a project grow one stitch at a time.

Crochet became my little escape — a quiet moment where I could disconnect, create, and simply breathe. And the more I learned, the more I fell in love with turning a simple ball of yarn into something beautiful and handmade.
